Head of Product Design at Careith and developer of Blummy. I build digital products from problem to code.

And also brands, packaging and websites, because the experience doesn't end at the screen.

Today I lead product design at Careith, a generative medical platform, and I develop Blummy, an assistant for therapists who see children, live in a testing phase. Alongside that, I have designed brands, packaging and websites, such as those of LH Media House, Zupan and Entre.

How I work[04]

From problem to a live product in four steps, with the reason behind every decision. Each step comes with evidence from my work.

1. Understand

I start with the problem: who uses it, what blocks them and what the business needs, before any screen. At Blummy, what comes out of the conversation with practitioners becomes the product roadmap.

  • Blummy: a 20-minute conversation with practitioners before building
  • LH Media House: the rebrand started from the need to consolidate its market presence

2. Structure

I turn what I learned into structure: modules, flows and rules that hold up. At Blummy, ten modules on a single thread: each one receives and delivers.

  • Blummy: the product on a single thread, from first contact to the report
  • Each module shows what it receives from the others and what it delivers

3. Design

Interface, brand or packaging, always with the reason behind each decision. At LH Media House, the icon of squares and triangles and the Inter and Obviously pairing have their reasons written down.

  • LH Media House: a brandbook with icon, typography, color and applications
  • Zupan: a box and the “Qualidade Zupan · Feitos para durar” seal

4. Build

I take it all the way to live: code, database and the detail that only shows up in use. Blummy is live, in a testing phase, and the access rule holds in the database, not only on screen.

  • A finalized record doesn't change: corrections come in as an addendum
