The box: the Z as the protagonist
Diagonal stripes in blue and a green base organize the face of the box; the brand's Z gets scale, and the 40-year seal stays in view.
Box and seal for Zupan, a clutch-servo brand: a physical object that takes the brand, the quality and the 40 years beyond the screen.
A brand's experience can't and shouldn't be only observed in the digital: it also reaches people's hands. A box that brings together the brand, the seal and Zupan's 40 years in an object you hold. The “Qualidade Zupan · Feitos para durar” (“built to last”) seal signs the promise on the packaging itself.
Take the brand and the 40-year seal to a physical object, with the same clarity it has everywhere else.
Zupan is a Brazilian brand of clutch servos (“Indústria Brasileira”), carrying a 40-year seal. This project took the brand to the packaging: a box and a seal, presented as a composition for approval and then printed.
For someone who works on digital products, it is a useful reminder: the first contact with a physical product happens at the packaging, and it has to say the same thing the brand says everywhere else.
Diagonal stripes in blue and a green base organize the face of the box; the brand's Z gets scale, and the 40-year seal stays in view.
The round seal carries “Qualidade Zupan · Feitos para durar” and the brand's monogram, and was presented in its own composition for approval.
The experience is only complete when the file becomes an object: the printed boxes, stacked, carry the brand, the stripe and “Indústria Brasileira” with the flag.
